Seaside Pirates Carnival Report
 While a little (or a lot) belated, this meet report could not be omitted as we had 20 North Sydney swimmers participate at the Seaside Pirates Carnival in early February on a sizzling hot day at Macquarie University. Not only did we participate, but we cleaned up by winning the Visitor's trophy. A big congratulations to everyone who participated, every point counted and we can all take great pride in beating some stiff competition from Warringah and Blacktown. Of particular note are some stand out swims by Robyn Burton & John Wynberg posting multiple club records and a comeback from surgery for Steve Thomas. People around the pool took notice of our multiple relay entries where we were truly a force to reckon with 4 relays entered in 4 different age groups! Well done to all who participated and a special thank you to everyone who helped out with the timing - we're actually getting a reputation for being a 'good' squad for time keeping efforts.
